This meal is filling, low in calories, and delicious!
- 2 Eggs
- Handful Spinach
- Two slices of Ham
- 5 Carrots
- Bundle of Brussels Sprouts
- Tbsp Oil, Salt, Pepper
Peel the carrots, wash the sprouts, and chop them
Drizzle oil on the veggies, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Roast in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes
Meanwhile, cook eggs in a pan, add spinach and ham
Combine on a plate!
