The Black Book by James Patterson is a must read for everyone who, like me, loves a great Whodunit/Mystery/Seat of Your Pants Thriller.
Another excellent edition, in my opinion, one of James Patterson's best mystery series.
Renee Ballard is a great character and shows that Connelly can impressively create a relatable female detective cut from the same cloth as Bosch his famous and my favorite "hard-boiled" detective.
