E-cigarettes have been proven to be a safer alternative to smoking cigarettes, but is second-hand vaping safe to the people around you?
The beginnings of the electronic cigarette can be traced back to Herbert A. Gilbert, who patented a device, in 1963, that was described as a “smokeless non-tobacco cigarette.”
